Still moving....

I'm still moving....I promise!  Just not blogging!  Honestly, the issue is, I get logged out of the account I use to blog every time I log in to my work email, and most of the time, I'm too lazy and and annoyed to sign back in.  Yeah.  I just admitted that.

So, what's happened?  Well, I'm eating the way that's worked for me in the past - which means, not paleo.  I'm a calorie counting gal, and it works, so I'm sticking with it.  Until I change my mind again.  I want to lose AT MOST 5-6 more lbs of fat (but that's a big AT MOST - I'm actually okay where I am), and then I expect to watch the scale climb as I get stronger.  I DO NOT want to be stick thin skinny girl, at all.  AT ALL.  Even right now, I'm not liking the thinness of my arms and legs, but I know that it's temporary until I start eating to add muscle.  It's more percentages than anything.

I broke my toe last Thursday.  Ouch.  No, really, OUCH.  Pain.  Worse than childbirth.  Really.  And then last Sunday, my loving husband stepped/kicked/twisted/mutilated it again.  I screamed, cried, and blacked out.  No, not really blacked out,  I just couldn't convince myself to open my eyes.  Or stand up.  Or breathe.  It was bad.  I appreciate my pinky toe so much more now.

I ended up getting to know the recumbant bike at the gym (holy butt cramps!) then moved on to the elliptical, and yesterday I tried running again, after some short running bursts at boot camp this week were survivable.

April 20   5K   32 minutes   (ugh...but it was early, no sleep the night before, and a broken toe)
I need to learn how to run.  How to pace myself correctly etc.  My best run times are treadmill times and I can push a lot harder when I see the numbers

Skill Set
5 Handstand Push ups (blah, yeah)
10 One Legged Squats
20 Double Unders unbroken (I did 15 the first round, 21 the second!!!!PR!!!, and 14 the third, but I tried for 5 minutes, lol!)
So...yeah...broken toe = PR unbroken double unders....

Today's WOD
Team Wod, I worked with Mary Schwing, our box's Masters competitor (60 plus)  (-:

20 Min AMRAP
400M run
10 Power Cleans (RX was 95, we did 75# and I was done at the end, it was not going up again!)
10 Hand Release Push Ups
8+3 Rounds (so 8 full rounds, and 3 power cleans  - meaning we did everything 4 times each, I think...)
